SEWN

An exciting new website for sewers will be up and running in June. SEWN will feature just about everything you've been looking for... a forum, tutorials, interviews, free patterns and much, much more! We're joining the fun and as part of the SEWN Launch Blog Party will be giving away a handy "Bucket". Great for keeping all your sewing bits & pieces organised. We'll also include a 45mm floral OLFA Rotary Cutter! Picture is for illustration purposes only.

All you need to do to win is leave a comment. We'd love to hear from you! Tell us what you're sewing and a lucky winner will be announced on Monday the 8th June.

Yeah, a giveaway! Hmmm...what am I sewing at the moment. Nothing but my 'what I wish to be sewing' list is getting bigger along with my stash of fabric and patterns. Any day now I will be able to find the time and make the cushions, the blinds, clothes for the kids...I think I am getting ahead from myself.

Like so many others, I'm trying to organize my space. I just painted the walls (ceiling yet to do) and this bucket would be great for on the cutting table...especially with a new rotary cutter in it. I'm still using the same one I bought almost 20 years ago. It's great that all you need to do is change the blade; they last forever. Figure as I age, I may need the ergonomic ones...

Kindred Crafters said...

I just finished a quilt made from thrifted pillowcases for a new baby in my bookclub . .well, her mom is in my bookclub! And I'm working on a strippy quilt for another baby due later this year, as well as a stacked coin quilt for my older daughter. Oh, and coasters for my swap parner. Yikes. Due soon!
